Hi guys,

I've currently got my church's site running on Drupal, and I'm looking for
ways to improve it. We've got sermons, events, pastors' blogs and then just
general information on the site. I don't want to include things like
forums, but I am open to installing other modules. Also, I'd like to
improve the site's navigation.

Also, what do other folks do about mailing lists? I'm looking for something
that's simple, and easy to maintain for a non-technical person. We've got
mailman installed, but I haven't opened the admin interface to my pastor as
I think he'd have a hard time trying to use it.

I'm a bit out of ideas at the moment, does anyone else have any ideas of
what I could do to improve the site?
